Flavour: Fresh, mineral, peach hints.

Recommended with: Medium seasoned meat, fresh cheeses accompanied by sour sweet jams, up to gamble with a cool blue fish.

Wine Making Process:
This wine is freshly and delicately pressed just after the harvest. The must is sent to a Valdobbiadene sparkle factory, where sparkling process takes place. The must stays in vats for 1 year, where wine slowly becomes sparkling, following Charmat method. Thanks to this very slow process, the perlage becomes persistent and its mild aromas and tastes are enhanced. It returns to our winery to being bottled.
